Cancellation by Patient
- Visa Charges: Non-refundable once the visa application is submitted.
- Flight Tickets: Refunds processed according to the airline's cancellation policy. Cancellation charges and transaction fees will apply.
- Accommodation and Travel Arrangements: Refunds processed after deducting applicable cancellation fees from service providers and transaction fees.
- Hospital Treatment: If treatment has not started, the paid amount will be refunded after deducting CureSureMedico’s service charges and transaction fees.
Refund Process
- Refund requests must be submitted in writing to contact@curesuremedico.com
- Refunds will be processed within 15 business days after the request is received and all applicable fees are deducted.
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used.
Non-Refundable Items
- Visa charges once applied.
- Transaction fees.
- Service fees already rendered.
Changes and Amendments
- Requests for changes to bookings must be communicated promptly.
- Changes are subject to availability and may incur additional charges.
